By downloading, installing or using Mixify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

The service

Mixify is an independent, open-source Android music player. Features may change, become unavailable or depend on third-party services and network access.

Responsible use

• Use Mixify only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of artists, publishers and service providers.
• Do not misuse the app to bypass access controls, distribute unlawful content, disrupt services or compromise other users.
• You are responsible for your device, account access and activity performed through your installation.

Third-party services

Streaming, authentication, downloads and other functions may rely on YouTube, Google, GitHub, APKPure or other third parties. Mixify does not control those services; their own terms, policies and availability apply.

Intellectual property

Mixify's source code is available under the license published in its official repository. Third-party names, trademarks, music, artwork and services remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant rights beyond the applicable open-source license.

Updates and availability

Updates may add, remove or change features. No particular release, server or integration is guaranteed to remain available. Download APKs only from links you trust and verify release details when security matters.

No warranty

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mixify is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with every device or service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mixify's contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app, unavailable third-party services, data loss or device issues. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using Mixify at any time. Access to particular online or shared features may be limited when necessary to protect the service, users or legal compliance.

These terms may be updated as Mixify evolves. The effective date above identifies the current website version. Questions can be raised through the official GitHub issue tracker without posting sensitive information.
